Corporate Open House
(Wednesday, July 8, 2009)

All seating on the shuttle buses has been reserved. If you did not RSVP in time to reserve a seat on the bus you are still welcome to attend to the open house, but you will have to provide your own transportation.

Schedule:

Wednesday - 7/8/09

4:30 pm - Buses depart for corporate from the Chantilly entrance of the Hilton Anatole Hotel.

5:30 – 7:30 - Open House

7:30 - Buses depart for the Hilton Anatole for those who do not choose to attend the Business Briefing

7:30 – 9:00 - Business Briefing in the Corporate Training Center

9:00 - Buses depart for the Hilton Anatole

Dress: Business Casual
Food: Catered BBQ/$10 per person, cash or check only

Also, please indicate if you would like to purchase a ticket to have BBQ at the event – and likewise give us the names of any others you are responding for who want to buy a meal ticket, by sending an
e-mail to: rsvp@ameriplanusa.com.
Please remember, your Prospects are encouraged to attend at Open House.

"Special ADA Assistance for AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Events"

Request for Special Communication Assistance must be in writing and received at the AmeriPlan Corporate Office no later than 10 working days before any AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event. The requestor must be registered for the AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event and all payments due to AmeriPlan must be paid in full. Cancellation must be in writing and received 72 hours before the AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event. If cancellation is not received and/or there is a no-show for the event, AmeriPlan will deduct full payment charged by Contracted Service for this Special Communication Assistance.
