"Special ADA Assistance for AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Events" Request for Special Communication Assistance must be in writing and received at the AmeriPlan Corporate Office no later than 10 working days before any AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event. The requestor must be registered for the AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event and all payments due to AmeriPlan must be paid in full. Cancellation must be in writing and received 72 hours before the AmeriPlan Corporate-Sponsored Event. If cancellation is not received and/or there is a no-show for the event, AmeriPlan will deduct full payment charged by Contracted Service for this Special Communication Assistance.
